The doctors are going to try and let us go as far as we can before doing the c-section but that's okay -- we have a date and time! It's been scheduled for Wednesday, April 30th at 11:30am. Of course if I go into labor beforehand, they will deliver them then. Two more weeks seems like a stretch to me, but we'll see. Dr. Saraiya, the same doctor who delivered Sebastian, will be delivering the twins!!
For those curious, they do check on the babies position just before the c-section to make sure they haven't changed to both be heads down. If they are, we'll be induced at that time and try for a vaginal delivery. If not, we'll go with the c-section. With one baby being breech, we decided the risks were too significant to try for a vaginal delivery after talking to the doctor yesterday.
It's definitely starting to feel very real now!

Congratulations, Aimee and Ron, you have made it so far. The nursery looks awesome. Aimee, I think that you are such a champion. I think you look better at 36 weeks with twins than I did with only one baby. I can't wait to meet the babies. Best to all! Erin (from MdHS)
