We are 3 months old!

Sorry we haven't updated the blog more frequently lately. It seems like we haven't done anything too interesting...dare I say things are getting a little boring, even? Things are about to get crazy again though, since I am returning to work one week from tomorrow (blah). I definitely have mixed feelings about going back - I know I'm not cut out to be a stay at home mom (I actually like my job!), but I can't imagine missing all the great moments I get with babies now.

The girls smile all the time now, are holding their heads up well and really want to sit. They keep leaning up out of their bouncy chairs, like they want out!

Lily is our sweet one. She smiles with her whole face, squinches up her nose and has dimples. However, if you make her mad, WATCH OUT!! She can throw a little temper tantrum if she doesn't get her way! Typically, that means we are too slow with a bottle, or that Abby is playing with her favorite toy (I'm serious, sibling rivalry has started all ready.)

Abby is totally the outgoing, mouthy one with a personality all her own. She loves to babble away and "talks" to me forever while I'm changing her diaper. I always repeat what she says back to me or pretend to listen and it just gets her going!

Anyway, back to my original point. I will be returning to work part-time, from 8 - 4 Mondays through Thursdays. We went round and round trying to find the best child care situation for the girls so that I could go back part-time and finally ended up with a very nice nanny, named Annie. She actually starts this week, so that she can get a sense of the girls' schedule and help me out since Ron is at a conference in North Carolina ALL WEEK. Mommy and the girls will miss Daddy. I don't know how single moms do it!! Catching up on some pictures...
