Memorial Weekend I (Yes, catching up on posts)

Our Memorial Weekend was pretty much monopolized by our (at the time) non-running boat! Ron spent tons of time with his dad doing final prep and loaded it in the Severn just to find there was a leak! The girls, my sis and I went down to the marina to check out progress for awhile, but ended up heading home so Ron could keep working on the boat. The bad thing is the boat took on so much water that he had to pull it out of the river by himself in the dark during a storm at 10pm!!! I was worried about him, so I loaded the girls in the car and we took a stealth mission BACK out to the marina to make sure Daddy was okay.....of course, he got it out successfully, but MAN it was a crazy day!

Sisters (Lily on the L, Abby on the R)The girls *hated* their life preservers. It was a hot day and they kept sticking their arms out like a mummy. I hope they get used to them!
