2 months old!

The girls are officially 2 months old! They are doing really well and finally starting to sleep longer stretches at night. This week, we've gotten a couple nights where they had their last bottle around 10 and slept until almost 4, which is HEAVEN. Both girls are smiling now, cooing and very alert. They're so much fun. :)

We got back from the beach Sunday. I enjoyed being out of town, but I think the girls need a little break. In the last month, we've been to the beach twice and the lake once - we're ready to relax at home for awhile, especially since I go back to work in about a month.

On another note, we went to the pediatrician today, which was totally stressful. In the morning, I took them into my office to meet everybody so they were hungry and grumpy by the time we arrived at the doctor's office. Then Abby puked all over the doctor and they both needed 4 shots, so I definitely didn't have enough hands to keep them both happy! The doctor said they are doing really well though. Here are their 2 month stats - Abby's back to being taller than her sister!

Abby: 10lbs, 6oz (50th percentile); 23in (75th percentile)
Lily: 10lbs (25th percentile); 22in (50th percentile)
